Mordheim Beasts of Chaos warband

With the renewed buzz around Mordheim and the new Beasts of Chaos release I've taken the opportunity to have a break from painting my Relic Lizardmen and delve back into Mordheim to make something very Chaotic indeed.

AoS Relic Lizardmen Part 6: Slann

The final addition to my Relic Lizardmen army for now: the very Slann who led their ancestors through the Winding Gate to safety from the end of the Old World. He's looking worse for wear these days.

AoS Relic Lizardmen Part 5: Salamanders

Some gribbly prehistoric beasts join the Relic Lizardmen, thanks to some vintage Ral Partha models.

AoS Relic Lizardmen Part 4: Skinks

A million years in the hot rainforests of Hysh agreed nicely with the Skinks' fast metabolism. The Lizardman subspecies saw an evolutionary explosion of different forms. Here's six...

AoS Relic Lizardmen Part 3: Saurus Scar Veteran

My previous Relic Lizardmen post got an amazing response so let's move straight on to the next guy: a Saurus Scar Veteran on Cold One...

AoS Relic Lizardmen Part 2: Sauruses

In some corners of Hysh they say there are creatures that are thought elsewhere to have been wiped out at the great extinction of the Old World. 40k Tau, #Inq28-style

Maybe it's just that Tau don't lend themselves to grimdarkness, but they don't look to be so popular in the #Inq28 scene. Being on a roll with my two Eldar scratch builds I had a go at another scratch build project, a Tau with some drone companions.

Age of Sigmar: Scratch Built Tomb King

Wanting to have a go at making an Age of Sigmar Tomb King I thought: I've got plenty of skulls, what else do I need? Turns out you don't need much else. Read on for the sad tale of Emperor Khác Mù Ngọc...

Mordheim Ostlanders Warband – Complete

At long last, my final visit to Mordheim. The extended Kasprzyk family is complete and ready to represent the Old World Empire province of Ostland. Pics, background and family tree(!) below the jump.

40k Blanchitsu Dark Eldar

Of course I had to follow up last week's Good Eldar with a Bad Eldar. Scratchbuilt again from an even more depleted bits box. I went easier on myself this time and didn't stick to a two day deadline. Like last time the build was real ad hoc.

Process and more pics below the jump…
